Chemical Injection Skids

Oil World is specialized in the application, design and manufacture of transportable, permanent and skid-mounted chemical injection systems. These systems can be of standard design or built to customer bespoke requirements to deliver the full range of production chemicals. Our chemical injection pump units range from a single pump application to multiple pneumatic injection pumps with discharge flow rates of 0 to 2500 litres/hour and pressures from 0 to 13,000 psi.

The pumps are constructed from stainless steel which can be trimmed for various applications. We also design Containerised flow improver systems for extreme environmental conditions. These units are fully insulated and contain chemical storage tanks allowing the units to function for longer periods of time without the need for logistical support.

Tanks and Chemical Services

Oil World has a full range of DNV 2.7-1 offshore chemical and acid tanks. Tanks are used for the safe handling, transportation and storage of chemicals in oil and gas including waste liquids/oils, potable water and helifuel both on and offshore. Our tanks are designed and manufactured to international standards to withstand challenging offshore environments.

The national and international regulations regarding the filling, holding, storage, transportation and disposal of chemicals and acids are a challenge and we have the requisite knowledge to handle and manage your chemical requirements. Our tanks conform to industry standards and are inspected in accordance with DNV 2.7-1/EN 12079.

Emergency Shutdown Systems

Oil World manufacture and supply various types of Emergency Shutdown Devices (ESDs) designed for Well Testing Applications. As a company standard our systems are all fully manufactured from SS316 stainless steel for use in harsh working environments.

  • Equipped with pneumatic/gas driven pumps
  • Standby hand pumps in case of emergency when pneumatic supply is not available
